Responsibilities:

• Attend all training sessions and follow safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Follow dress code; only personal item permitted in the work area is a clear water container
• A smartphone is required to clock in and out for your shift (not allowed in the warehouse)
• Ensure accurate processing of all merchandise for stores and guests
• Report to work on time and complete all assigned tasks accurately and promptly
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• One year of warehouse or general labor experience is a plus
• Experience working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment; ability to carry up to 47 lbs and lift up to 60 lbs occasionally
• Basic math skills for inventory counts
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Ability to operate a computer or handheld device (training provided)
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Access to reliable transportation for all required shifts
