Responsibilities

• Attend all trainings and follow safety policies
• Adhere to dress code; personal items limited to a clear water container
• Use smartphone for shift check-in/out (not allowed in warehouse)
• Accurately process merchandise for stores and guests
• Report on time and complete tasks accurately
• Support continuous improvement through problem-solving
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well independently and in teams

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1 year warehouse or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for inventory
• English communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
• Ability to operate computers or handheld devices (training provided)
• Reliable, safe, team-oriented, authorized to work in the US, with reliable transportation
