Job Summary

PRADCO Outdoor Brands (POB) operates a facility that employs 75-120 people and processes thousands of deliveries each day. POB is seeking individuals for various order processing, stocking, and inventory maintenance tasks. This position is located at PRADCO’s Distribution Center in Calera, Alabama.

Job Responsibilities

1. Verify and accurately pick all products per customer delivery.
2. Use Radio Frequency Scanners and/or Pick to Light applications for product picking.
3. Perform all other departmental functions following SOPs, Standard Work, and Quality Initiatives.
4. Ensure quality targets are met and report discrepancies or issues related to picking (shortages, overages, damages, incorrect UPCs, miss-packed items) to a Team Lead or Outbound Manager.

Job Requirements

Essential Job Functions

1. Ability to lift or move more than 60 pounds regularly and stand for up to ten hours daily.
2. Assist in daily workflow decisions and adjust manpower as needed.
3. Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
4. Experience with Microsoft OS, the 365 platform, and some iOS experience, including interfacing handheld scanning devices.
5. Work environment is typical of an unair-conditioned warehouse with fluctuating temperatures.
