Job summary

Cardinal Health’s Aurora facility is seeking a Warehouse Associate for night shifts to perform order picking, packing, and shipment preparation. Training is provided on day one, with safety gear and standard warehouse procedures in place.

Responsibilities include quality checks, stock organization, and occasional equipment operation. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to efficient pharmaceutical distribution to customers and patients.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the full shift.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders.
• Accurately pick products, perform quality control checks, pack products, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and/or participate in projects as assigned by manager or supervisor.
• May wear steel-toed boots in the warehouse and may work in cold temperatures during parts of the shift.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment (order picker, forklift, reach truck, etc.).
