We are hiring Night Shift Warehouse Associates and we're offering a Pay for Performance Program. This program puts more money in your pocket based on your output. Your Earning Potential

• Training Rate: $19.00/hr flat rate for your first 4 weeks (earn while you learn)
• After training: $16.75 base pay + $0.75 shift differential + performance bonuses

Scan/ Performance Bonus

• $0.56 per scan above 75 scans
• Hit 150 scans? You're earning the equivalent of $22.75/hr.
• No Performance Caps:
  • Hit 150 Scans? Earn $182/day ~ $22.75/hr.
  • Hit 200? Earn $210/day ~ $26.26/hr.
  • The sky is the limit.
• Your base pay is always protected; slow days carry no penalty

Schedule

Sunday – Friday | 6:30 PM – 2:00 AM

What You'll Do

Rotate through key warehouse functions, including forklift operation, order selecting, and loading. No two shifts are exactly the same. The warehouse is a fast-paced environment, primarily cooler-based with some freezer work involved.

What You Bring

• 1+ years warehouse experience with RF scanning & inventory
• 1+ year forklift/pallet jack experience
• Ability to work in freezer environments (down to -30°F)
• Reliability, team-oriented, positivity, and safety-focused
