Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to join our dynamic warehouse team in Lebanon, TN. You will unload trailers, sort packages by zip codes, and load deliveries while upholding safety and quality standards.

Base pay is $19.50 per hour with a $1.00 per hour weekend incentive. Shifts run mostly afternoons to evenings, with options Monday-Thursday or Friday-Sunday, and End of Sort duties included.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.

Base Pay: Your base rate of pay will be $19.50 per hour

Incentive Pay: Your current hourly rate of pay plus an additional $1.00 per hour weekend shift Incentive! (Friday-Sunday)

Shift Hours: (3 options): 130pm - 12AM, 1230PM to 12AM, 8AM - 12PM. All shifts can last until End of Sort.

Shift days: (2 options): Monday - Thursday or Friday - Sunday

Hours may vary based on business needs.“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
