Job summary

OnTrac in Antioch, TN is hiring Package Handlers to join our busy warehouse team. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for deliveries. The shift runs 1:00 AM to 5:30 AM (End of Sort) with options Sun-Thu, Tue-Sat, or Fri-Mon.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour through Sept 11, 2026, increasing to $20.00 per hour from Sept 12, 2026. We offer a 401(k) with company match, paid sick leave, referral bonuses, and more benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stay on your feet and work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP codes.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Be a team player and help the team complete tasks.

Pay

Your base rate of pay will be $18.00 per hour until September 11, 2026. Effective September 12, 2026, your base rate of pay will be $20.00 per hour.

Shift

1:00 AM - 5:30AM or End of Sort

• Sunday - Thursday
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Friday - Monday

Employment Logistics

As a Package Handler, you are an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment.

Hours

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
