Job summary

OnTrac in Lebanon, TN is hiring Package Handlers. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by zip codes, and loading trucks for deliveries in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 75 lbs, and comfortable working in varying temperatures.

Base Pay: Your base rate of pay will be $19.50 per hour

Incentive Pay: Your current hourly rate of pay plus an additional $1.00 per hour weekend shift Incentive! (Friday-Sunday)

Shift: (7 day availability)

2 Shift times: 1230PM - 12:00AM or 1:30PM - 12:00AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs.“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
