Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Eagan, MN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day shipping and receiving activities within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Two shifts are available: Tue-Sat 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM at $19.00/hr and Tue-Sat 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM at $19.50/hr. Ideal candidates demonstrate safety awareness, reliable communication, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds while following procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) to understand safety alerts, read labels, and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds and to load/unload trucks.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to carry out written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing orders for processing.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped.
• Ensure the warehouse remains accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic.
• Complete all work safely by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.
