Job summary

OnTrac in Desoto, TX is hiring Package Handlers to join our warehouse operations and help ensure smooth, accurate deliveries. You will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP codes, and load trucks for deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

We value safety, teamwork, and reliability. Applicants must be at least 18, proficient in basic English, and capable of standing for long periods and lifting 50–75 lbs as needed in varying warehouse conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic English language proficiency for safety and operating instructions in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in heat and cold.

Address: 802 East Centre Park Blvd, Desoto, TX 75115

Pay: $18.00/hr

Shift: Friday through Monday, 5:00PM until 2:00PM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

As a Package Handler, you are an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment.

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
