Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a dedicated Package Handler to support our Antioch, TN warehouse operations. You will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP codes, and load trucks for deliveries while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires stamina to stand for long periods, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Hours include overnight shifts and varied start times, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stay on your feet for long periods.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Pay: $Your base rate of pay will be $20.00 per hour

Shift: 7 Day availability, Shift times: 1:00 AM - 5:30AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs.“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
