Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in Desoto, TX. The role focuses on unloading trailers, sorting packages by zip codes, and loading vehicles for deliveries. This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficiency within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay is $18.00/hr with 7-day availability and shift hours from 10:30AM to 4:00PM or end of sort. Benefits include 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and premium holiday pay. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Able to stay on your feet while working in a warehouse environment.
• Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Pay: $18.00/hr

Shift: 7 day availability

Shift Hours: 10:30AM – 4:00PM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs.“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
