Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in Desoto, TX to support our growing warehouse operations. You will stand on your feet, handle packages, and help maintain a safe, productive environment. Pay starts at $18.00 per hour with 7‑day availability and shift hours from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

You will unload trailers, sort packages by zip codes, and load trucks for deliveries as part of a collaborative team. We offer benefits like a supplemental plan, 401(k) with company match, and a referral bonus

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand, stay active, and work in variable warehouse temperatures.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 75 lbs.

Shift:

7 day availability

Shift Hours:

10:30AM – 4:00PM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs.“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
