Job summary

OnTrac in Desoto, TX is hiring Package Handlers to support our growing operations. You will unload trailers, sort packages by zip code, and load trucks for deliveries while keeping safety at the forefront.

This role requires you to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and work on a Sunday to Wednesday shift from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. We offer benefits, 401(k) with company match, and holiday premium pay.

Pay: $18.00/hr

Shift: Sunday through Wednesday, 3:30PM until 2:00AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs.“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
