Job summary

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in Monroe, North Carolina, in their search for an IST shift Warehouse Worker. This temp role offers a path to learn multiple warehouse tasks and join a winning culture with Adecco while on assignment with our customer.

Salary is based on experience at $18.12 per hour, with standard warehouse responsibilities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping, plus counter sales support and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse operations and physical work.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming shipments.
• Perform verification of purchased products and enter order receipts into computer system.
• Perform quality assurance inspections when appropriate.
• Place received material into proper warehouse storage locations.
• Pull, pack, weigh and label materials for shipment.
• Prepare bills of lading and express receipts.
• Assist in loading the trucks.
• May assist with over-the-counter sales.
