Cardinal Health's Columbus distribution center is hiring a Midshift Warehouse Associate to receive, pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment. You will use RF scanners and various material handling equipment while following safety and quality guidelines.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long shifts, and overtime availability. Training is provided, high school diploma preferred. Join a reliable team delivering essential medical products to healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in English, reading/writing to process documents.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders: pick, pack, input data, prepare for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory controls to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Be willing to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment (order picker, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.).
• Operate equipment and follow safety procedures to support efficient workflows.

This includes accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, inputting product information into computer, and preparing orders for shipment.* Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed. Example areas could be order picking, outbound dock, renal fluid packing, IV fluid packing, and automated storage and retrieval system.* Perform housekeeping and inventory, control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment, example of required personal protective equipment includes, but is not limited to, steel-toed safety shoes and a material handling harness.* Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty.
