Cardinal Health is hiring a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate for the Groveport facility in Ohio. The role focuses on order fulfillment, picking, packing and preparing shipments while maintaining accuracy and quality checks.

You will cross-train across multiple warehouse areas, participate in projects, and keep a clean, safe work environment. Training is provided; expect work in a chilled environment and potential equipment certification.

Qualifications

• : Open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience; training provided on day one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
• Work in 36°F-42°F environment for up to 10 hours or longer
• Follow directions and adapt to priorities
• Comfort with heights up to 30 ft
• Good verbal and written communication; POS systems experience a plus
• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participation in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment (order picker, forklift, reach truck, etc.).
