Colonial Electric Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Material Handler for our Richmond/Ashland area. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work, and 100% paid training and certifications for new hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be able to stand during shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• A safety-first mindset to protect yourself and coworkers.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions.
• No forklift experience required; paid training and certifications provided.

Responsibilities

• Pick & Pack: Safely select, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
• Load & Unload: Move materials safely around the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and handcarts.
• Receive Stock: Count and check incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Keep it Safe: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Use Basic Tech: Input data into the computer system and complete basic paperwork.
