Job summary

Voltage Energy Group in Timberlake, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily material handling and inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will receive shipments, put away materials, pick and stage for production, operate forklifts, and maintain 5S standards while ensuring accuracy and safety.

This role offers growth within operations and supply chain and requires at least 1 year of related experience with forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Basic computer skills to learn ERP/warehouse systems.
• Ability to read pick lists and labels.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments, verify materials against packing lists, and complete system transactions.
• Put away raw materials and components into designated storage locations.
• Pick and stage materials for production orders based on pick lists.
• Deliver materials to production line-side locations and process returns.
• Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory activities.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
• Identify and report damaged or non-conforming materials.
