Job summary

PNW Warehousing is seeking a dependable warehouse associate to safely move, load, unload, and store customer product while keeping accurate inventory and meeting daily requirements.

Responsibilities include pallet handling, quality checks, and collaborating with drivers and team members in a fast-paced setting. Physical work with lifting and standing for long periods is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods.
• Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work independently or as part of a team.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for safely and efficiently moving, loading, unloading, and storing customer product while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting daily operational and customer requirements.

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipping containers.
• Manually move, sort, stack, and organize boxes, pallets, and merchandise.
• Break down and rebuild pallets as needed.
• Verify product quantities and inspect freight for visible damage.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment.

Physical Requirements: Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.

General Requirements

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment

There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
