Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Louisiana. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery, using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable in a hands-on environment where every shift contributes to customer satisfaction. This role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or warehouse experience.
• Able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform related physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Follow established processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Inspect products for damage and dispose of defective items according to company procedures.
• Safely lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Assist with warehouse organization, restocking, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
• Follow company safety protocols and participate in team safety meetings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure order completion.
