Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Shreveport, LA is hiring Warehouse Associates to perform a range of duties including loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, and general site housekeeping. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role with a strong safety focus.

You will be paid weekly and eligible for benefits after 60 days. We promote from within and offer paid training; join our travel team to see the country and learn how all sites operate.

• Able to lift 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Associates perform loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleaning and related duties as assigned by site leadership.

Job description

Location: Shreveport, LA

Schedule: 6:00AM-Finish | Monday-Friday

Pay: $500–$900 per week

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
