Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is hiring a Location Attendant in Shreveport, LA. You will stock breakrooms with snacks, drinks, and coffee, rotate stock per planograms, and ensure products are fresh and well presented.

Responsibilities include FIFO stocking, cleaning machines and areas, and providing friendly customer service on each visit. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and pass screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between client breakrooms to stock beverages, snacks, and coffee products per plan‑ogram.
• Restock coolers, shelves, and vending machines following FIFO procedures.
• Inspect products for best-by dates and remove if needed.
• Clean coffee and vending machines and surrounding areas; manage waste.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate maintenance as needed.
• Provide frontline customer service and resolve client questions.

You'll be the face of Five Star - keeping breakrooms stocked with the snacks, drinks, and coffee products that fuel our customers' days while upholding the standards that set Five Star apart.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate between client breakrooms to restock and properly display beverages, coffee products, snacks, fresh food, condiments, and sundries in accordance with company plan-o-gram and promotional standards.
• Replenish and rotate stock across coolers, shelves, coffee racks, and vending machines following first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures in both client locations and storerooms.
• Inspect and remove products that are at or approaching their best- by date prior to each service visit.
• Clean and maintain coffee machines, vending machines, and surrounding stations, including floors; empty coffee grounds and filters regularly.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and elevate maintenance needs, theft, vandalism, or inventory shortages to management.
• Provide frontline customer service by actively listening to and resolving client complaints.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/ GED.
• Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Merchandising experience.
