Job summary

All Fulfillment Direct is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Wallingford, CT. You will operate forklifts, receive inbound shipments, stock inventory, and prepare outbound shipments using RF scanners and our warehouse management system.

Candidates must be 18+, have forklift experience, valid driver's license, able to lift 50+ lbs, and comfortable with tech. We offer full-time hours, competitive $20-$22/hr, overtime, PTO, paid training, 401k, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is mandatory.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of shipping/receiving documents is a plus.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments: unload trucks, verify contents against packing lists and POs, and report damages or discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts to move, stage, and put away product.
• Stock and replenish inventory in assigned locations so pick areas stay full and organized.
• Stage, wrap, label, and load outbound shipments and prepare shipping paperwork.
• Use RF scanners and our warehouse management system to record receipts, transfers, and shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Keep docks, aisles, and racking clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with the fulfillment team and management to meet daily inbound and outbound goals.

Job Overview

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll keep product moving in and out of our building by operating forklifts, receiving inbound shipments, staging and stocking inventory, loading outbound shipments, and using our tracking systems to make sure every item is where it’s supposed to be.

What You’ll Do

• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important.
