Job summary

All Fulfillment Direct is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, shipments, and receiving at our Wallingford, CT facility. You will operate forklifts, verify inbound goods, stock inventory, and complete outbound shipments using RF scanners and a WMS.

We offer hourly pay based on experience, overtime opportunities, paid time off, and training with certification support. Lift requirements and safety are emphasized in daily duties as you grow with our growing fulfillment team.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is mandatory.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of shipping/receiving documents (BOLs, packing slips, POs) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when picking orders and managing inventory.
• Comfort using technology, software, and RF scanners (or the ability to learn new systems quickly).
• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Keep docks, aisles, and racking clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with the fulfillment team and management to meet daily inbound and outbound goals.

Job Overview
