Inventory & Pack-Out Technician
161 Atwater St, Plantsville CT - Full time + OT - $22-25/hr
This position could be considered inventory management for disaster recovery. When a home or business suffers fire, water, or other loss, we step in to protect what can be saved and document what can't. You'll receive customer belongings, organize them like a stockroom, catalog each item in our tracking system, maintain our contents vault like a warehouse, and ensure every box and item can be accounted for at any time. If you've managed inventory, stocked shelves, received/shipped goods,
or run a stockroom, you have the core skills for this role.
This role has built-in growth potential. We're building a team of people who can own the entire
contents process from receiving and organizing through tracking and delivery.
If you come from retail, warehouse, or inventory management, you already
understand systems, organization, and accuracy. This is your bridge into field
operations, higher pay, and real career momentum in a growing industry. Unlike
typical warehouse work, every item matters, and your work directly impacts
families getting their lives back to normal.
Since its founding in 1929 by Marion E. Wade, a former minor league baseball player, ServiceMaster has stood by its word and its customers. As a result, it has grown into a world-class company composed of a family of brands that provides residential and commercial services to 5 million customers in the past year alone.
