Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Clutter team. You will load/unload trucks, palletize items, and use our proprietary mobile app to maintain 100% inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires weekend availability and a willingness to work five days a week. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.50, 401(k) with company match, stock purchase program, tuition reimbursement, and PPE like safety footwear and gloves.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort using smartphone software to track data.
• Experience in moving, warehouse, inventory management, or general labor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, wrap and palletize items for safe transport.
• Scan and organize items using the company app to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure safety standards and keep a clean, organized workspace.
