Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Clutter team. You will load/unload trucks, palletize items, and use our proprietary mobile app to maintain 100% inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires weekend availability and a willingness to work five days a week. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.50, 401(k) with company match, stock purchase program, tuition reimbursement, and PPE like safety footwear and gloves.

Qualifications

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivatedWarehouse Associate to join our Clutter team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, organizing, and digital scanning of customer inventory in a fast paced warehouse environment.

Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting-edge technology.

Schedule: Clutter operates 7 days a week and schedules will vary on a weekly basis depending on business needs. Weekend availability is required.

Full Time: averages 5 days per week, including weekends

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

Load and unload trucks while wrapping and palletizing customer items to ensure safe transport and storage.

Collaborate with the operations team to scan and organize items using our proprietary mobile app to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies while completing warehouse projects and maintaining a pristine workspace.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

Basic Requirements: At least 18 years of age

Physical Capability: Proven ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

Technical Aptitude: Comfort using smartphone software and technology to track and manage data during the workday.

Relevant Experience: Experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, general labor or customer service environments is preferred.
