Job summary

Capitol Group Inc. is a local, customer-focused distributor of plumbing, HVAC, industrial and kitchen products serving Illinois and Missouri. This Warehouse Associate role involves safely operating equipment, loading/unloading, and maintaining inventory.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm. Pay is $22.22 per hour with a quarterly bonus opportunity up to $700 per month. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life, identity theft protection, critical illness, accident coverage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse distribution experience.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company equipment.
• Load and unload product.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure timely restocking of goods.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
