Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. You will read orders, pick products, and ensure accurate inventory records.

You will operate forklifts, assist with loading and unloading, and uphold safety and organization standards across shifts. The position requires heavy lifting, weekend availability, and basic computer skills in a retail distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Read and follow orders and paperwork.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders and assemble stock for shipments.
• Sort items by size, type, color, or code.
• Process inventory paperwork (shipping confirmations, receiving confirmations, POs, open orders).
• Maintain accuracy of store inventory at all times.
• Label orders and back stock clearly.
• Participate in cycle counting.
• Load/unload customer vehicles and secure paperwork.
• Process incoming freight promptly.
• Use forklifts and other equipment safely.
• Inspect equipment and keep it in good order.
• Record product receipts and distributions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse.
• Enter records into computer.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
