Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications required or obtained before start.
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb and frequently carry up to 35 lb.
• Some client locations may require a valid driver's license and an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items accurately, report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products, apply FIFO for perishables.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment if needed.
• Picks inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load/unload and transport products within warehouse or client sites.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts per location schedules.
• Complete administrative records (inventory logs, temperature/spoilage logs, inspections).
• Maintain clean work areas and comply with safety policies and PPE usage.
• Ensure security of client and company assets and interact with stakeholders as required.
