Job summary

Cleveland Freightliner Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storing, and distributing materials at the Parma, OH facility. You will ensure accurate documentation, organize inventory, and fulfill customer orders efficiently.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping, and operating warehouse equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. Prior experience in a warehouse is preferred, with opportunities to train and advance within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage.
• Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders, and manage inventory of products.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, such as forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist in organizing and optimizing warehouse space for maximum efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
• Support loading and unloading of trucks and deliveries.
• Assist in training new warehouse employees and provide guidance as needed.
