Job summary

Callahan Construction Managers is seeking a Warehouse Laborer in Boston, MA to organize, stock, and support all warehouse activities for Callahan’s team. This role focuses on safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced open shop environment.

The successful candidate will load and unload materials (using manual handling or a forklift), count and sort items, maintain inventory, and keep the warehouse neat and well-organized to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and lead by example.
• Load, unload, and move products using hands or forklift.
• Count, sort, pack and unpack products for safe shipments.
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and placement.
• Keep the warehouse neat, clean, and organized.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and Callahan teams to ensure daily functions are completed.
