Job summary

SRS Building Products in Braintree, MA seeks a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, stock, and distribution activities. You will verify shipments, log materials, and help maintain a safe, organized workspace in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inventory control, and collaboration with team members. Experience in high-volume settings and familiarity with Excel are a plus; forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred; experience operating lifts in a warehouse.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments is desirable.
• Proficient with inventory software and Microsoft Excel/Office.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to perform basic math for inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks with accurate documentation.
• Maintain organized warehouse and yard, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory by distributing materials and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team to support a cooperative work environment.
• Safely operate forklifts and other handling equipment.
