Job summary

DO & CO Boston is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Lead to oversee receiving, stocking, and shipment coordination at our East Boston facility. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and accuracy in inventory control while ensuring timely order fulfillment to support hospitality operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in logistics or warehousing, be forklift certified, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a logistics/warehouse.
• Must have High school diploma or GED.
• Required Forklift Certified.
• Required Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage, receive, and load all local purchasing deliveries and ensure items delivered match as per invoice and delivery order.
• Manage monthly inventories and monitor stock levels to detect shortages and notify relevant parties.
• Operate a sit-down or stand-up forklift and electric pallet jack as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Complete tasks within deadlines and maintain clear communication with the team.
• Collaborate independently or in a team to ensure customer service standards.
