Job summary

Aramark Corporation in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Worker to receive, inspect, label, and process incoming products, and prepare orders for transport. You will maintain accurate inventory using FIFO where applicable and keep the workspace clean and compliant with safety standards.

Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks or forklifts if trained, counting inventory, and recording logs and reports.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lb.
• Some client locations require a current valid driver's license; an MVR may be run.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items, and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products using FIFO for perishable items.
• Operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and/or forklifts if trained.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Load, unload and transport products to different warehouse areas or client locations.
• Conduct routine physical inventory counts per location schedules.
• Complete inventory records and logs, digitally or on paper as required.
• Keep work areas clean and safe, including restrooms and loading docks.
• Enforce safety policies, SDS standards, OSHA requirements, and PPE usage.
• Interact with clients, employees, vendors, and guests as needed.
