Job summary

Cardinal Health in Madison, MS is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Inventory) to support receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping within a fast-paced team. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:40 PM, with tasks completing as needed.

Training provided from day one; physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional heights. Strong communication and basic computer skills required.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required; training provided on first day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb to heights as needed.
• Must follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking and packing for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks to maintain a safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment.
