Job summary

Nuts.com is seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our production and fulfillment team in Indianapolis. You will play a key role in picking, labeling, assembling, and packaging snacks, while maintaining GMP standards and accurate inventory processing.

The role requires physical work, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and standing for up to eight hours. A strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication with teammates are essential.

The role

We are looking for a Seasonal Full-Time Warehouse Associate capable of filling a variety of roles on our production and fulfillment team. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who pays close attention to detail. We are a rapidly-growing company; you'll have the opportunity to grow along with us!

What you'll do

• Pick, label, assemble and package product
• Receive and check incoming orders
• Retrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy
• Maintain work area in a clean and neat manner and in accordance with GMP.
• Adhere to proper sanitation and product safety guidelines throughout the plant.

What you'll bring

• Able to complete physical work, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand for up to 8 hours at a time
• A strong sense of urgency to complete work promptly
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Excellent work ethic, always on time and very reliable
• Able to communicate respectfully, effectively, and professionally with peers and managers
• High school diploma or college degree or 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse or food production environment
