Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Ottawa, KS to perform picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shifts include Day 5:00 AM-3:00 PM at $19.00/hr and Night 5:00 PM-3:00 AM at $20.00/hr, with Peak Season pay and attendance bonuses up to $500. Candidates with a high school diploma or GED and warehouse experience are preferred, with safety and teamwork emphasized.

Location: Ottawa, KS

PEAK SEASON = BIGGER EARNING POTENTIAL!

Peak Season schedule and pay rates apply November 20-December 4, 2026

• Day shift: 5:00 AM-3:00 PM | $19.00/hr
• Night shift: 5:00 PM-3:00 AM | $20.00/hr

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
