Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six months of related warehouse experience required
• One (1) year or more related warehouse experience preferred
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks, including maintenance and recognizing mechanical issues (intermediate required)
• May operate manual and/or automated warehouse equipment (intermediate preferred)
• Powered industrial truck certification
• Ability to read and perform basic mathematics in English for safety and work instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to input data into WMS systems
• Work overtime as needed
• Maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Work independently and in teams
• Operate in a fast-paced environment, multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Package, kit, and assemble orders and materials
• Load/unload trailers, ensure accurate scanning, and train dock employees on procedures
• Ensure security at shift end, resolve scanning issues, and perform housekeeping
• Perform picking, packing, and check for damage
• Handle materials per policies and procedures
• Move materials with physical and logical transactions
• Participate in team activities for improvement
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Other duties as assigned
