Belron is seeking a Warehouse Lead to direct daily operations and guide the warehouse team at our Missouri Heights site. You’ll manage workflow, ensure safety, and support inventory processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent people, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience operating MHE including order pickers, forklift, and reach trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily workflow and coach associates on warehouse procedures and safety.
• Evaluate processes and propose improvements for cost reduction and productivity.
• Receive and log incoming glass and supplies; assist with stocking and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of warehouse data systems and perform related tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues with ethical timing.
• Assist with opening/closing of locations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Warehouse Lead plays a key role in assisting the site leadership team by directing the daily functional and operational workflow at the site. This role has extensive knowledge of all fulfillment environment tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Coach associates on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, glass-handling, and safety protocols.
• Evaluate current processes and procedures and recommend improvements for cost reduction and productivity increases to warehouse management.
• Receive incoming glass and supply items, logs items electronically and assist with stocking and inventory to evaluate quality and verify accuracy of location and quantity.
• Maintain a working knowledge of warehouse data systems and perform various tasks within the system.
• Provides world class customer service and partners internally to resolve associate and customer complaints in an ethical and timely manner.
• Assist with opening/closing of location(s) as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent people, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including order pickers, forklift, and reach trucks.
• To safely operate the order picker and comply with equipment manufacturer specifications and required safety regulations, there is a weight limit set at 300 pounds. If you are hired to operate this equipment, you will need to weigh under 300 lbs.
• Strength to perform physical tasks involving repetitive moving or raising of objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.
