Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate II to join our Receiving team in State College, PA. The role ensures accurate intake of goods with a fast-paced, localized warehouse environment, leveraging Oracle GLPROD and eDHR knowledge where applicable.

The position requires handling shipments, counts, labeling, and safe operation of material handling equipment. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 1+ year related experience and strong math and communication

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
1+ year related warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Proficient in basic mathematics and counting.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
Document discrepancies, damages, or shortages and report them.
Sort, count, label, and store materials in designated locations.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation as needed.
Collaborate with warehouse departments to ensure smooth workflow and accurate inventory.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor.
