Job summary

La-Z-Boy is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to assist with offloading, receiving, storing and distributing products in our warehouse. You will handle bar code scanning, inventory updates and operate industrial lift equipment, ensuring safe and timely fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in warehousing, forklift certification, strong communication and basic computer skills to log inventory accurately. This role requires lifting up to 350 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year experience in warehousing, receiving, shipping and/or storage of goods.
• Forklift certification required; cherry picker experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to move heavy items (up to 350 lbs.) for several hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive, transport and stock inbound products; stack and record locations in the inventory system.
• Fulfill orders by locating, transporting, offloading and scanning outbound product to shipping lanes.
• Perform inventory cycle counts daily, weekly or monthly as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse; comply with safety regulations.
• Assist in 5S, training and other duties as needed.
