Job summary

LifeScience Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, stock, and prepare products for shipment, following WI/SOP guidelines. You will verify incoming goods, track lot numbers, and ensure proper temperature documentation for refrigerated items.

Candidates should be comfortable operating a forklift, pallet jacks, and reach trucks, with RF scan devices, while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy in a cold or controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalency required.
• Ability to use forklift, pallets jacks, and reach truck, with proper training.
• Experience in a cGMP compliant environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming product and verify against purchase orders for accuracy.
• Ensure merchandise is tallied and a receiving date is tagged.
• Document temperature on inbound product requiring refrigeration.
• Stock all slots properly and manage overstock.
• Rotate stock per Work Instructions (WI) or SOPs.
• Pick products as defined on pick sheets.
• Load products onto trailers as directed by Supervisor.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and report failures.
• Maintain sanitary warehouse conditions per company standards.
• Track time spent on assignments for productivity reporting.
• Any other duties as assigned.
