S&S Activewear is hiring a Machine Operator IC Cycle Count Associate in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves operating cherry pickers and stock chasers, performing counts, restocking, and reviewing inventory across floor and up-stock areas.

You will verify inventories and report discrepancies as part of a fast-paced warehouse team. The position requires certification for machinery, a high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Report discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the distribution center.
• Follow SOPs and safety rules; support a safe working environment.
• Cross-train and assist with tasks as needed.

About The Role

The Machine Operator IC Cycle Count Associate at S&S Activewear is a fast paced physically demanding position responsible for multiple tasks throughout the warehouse including the operation of different machinery such as the cherry picker and stock chaser for restocking, retrieving, and reviewing of inventory from both the floor locations and up-stock storage areas. They will perform counts and recounts, verify inventories and reports discrepancies

$20.60 hourly
Monday-Friday (first shift), Full-Time, Non-Exempt

What You Will Do

• Efficiently & accurately retrieve and stage product in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity.
• Operate machinery including the cherry picker, pallet jacks, and stock chasers. (requires certification)
• Follow & commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, quality, production, & efficiency.
• Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages to supervisor.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center.
• Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.
• Acts professionally and remains focused – contributing to a culture and environment focused on a safe working environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned and be willing to cross train (may be required to do tasks that fall into warehouse associate 1 & 2).

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
• Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
• Must be flexible with start and departure time changing.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Responsible for any additional duties assigned.

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

Must be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). Note: PPE is company‑provided with a $100 stipend on safety‑toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your specific role - not all roles require specific PPE. Please check with your HR/Training team for details on if your role requires specific PPE.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand‑eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing are required for the operation of warehouse machinery.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Employee must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines. Employee must be able to change priorities or job duties as needed and interact with employees at all levels.

• The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
• The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
