Job summary

S&S Activewear in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate II to support order fulfillment and inventory control in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will operate forklifts (certified), stock and stage products, and ensure accuracy and safety in all tasks. The role emphasizes teamwork, daily shift routines, and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic apparel company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Basic math skills required for counting and checkout processes.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to train and adapt to safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently fill customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping product to company standards.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment (certification required).
• Meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
• Report discrepancies, damaged items, or shortages to supervisor.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Train in Will Call and other customer service duties as required.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the distribution center.
• Monitor and train new hires for productivity and quality.
• Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned and cross-train as needed.
