Job summary

S&S Activewear, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate II to support order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and shipping in a fast-paced distribution center in the U.S. The role requires operating warehouse equipment and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

You will help train new hires, participate in inventory counts, and ensure orders meet accuracy and shipping standards. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
• Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately fill customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping product in a manner that meets safety, security, accuracy, and productivity standards.
• Operate machinery including forklift, pallet jacks, and stock chasers (requires certification).
• Follow and meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
• Report and record discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages to supervisor.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Train in Will Call and other customer service duties as required.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the distribution center.
• Monitor and train new hires to ensure productivity and quality.
• Follow SOPs and safety rules at all times.
• Be professional and contribute to a safe working environment.
