Job summary

S&S Activewear LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support multiple tasks in the distribution center, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders. You will work with automated systems to move products and may participate in training new hires to maintain productivity and quality.

Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment (with certification), adhering to SOPs, and maintaining a safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Must be comfortable using electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders efficiently and accurately, including receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping.
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and stock chasers (certification required).
• Meet KPI targets for safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
• Report discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages to supervisor.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Train in Will Call and other customer service duties as required.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the distribution center.
• Possibly train new hires to ensure productivity and quality.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.
