S&S Activewear is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate II in Reading, PA. The role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and shipping within an automated environment.

You’ll help train new hires, work with conveyors, and interact with customers to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized workstation, handling product movement, and ensuring compliance with safety and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
• Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
• Must be flexible with start and departure time changing.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Responsible for any additional duties assigned.

Responsabilités

• Efficiently & accurately fill customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping product to standards.
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and stock chasers (certification required).
• Follow and meet KPI targets for safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
• Report discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages to supervisor.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Train in Will Call and other customer service duties as required.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center.
• Monitor and train new hires for optimal productivity and quality.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.
• Act professionally and maintain a safe working environment.
• Performs other duties and may cross-train as needed.
