Job summary

S&S Activewear in McDonough, GA is hiring a Warehouse Associate II to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. You’ll work in a fast-paced distribution center, maintaining safety and accuracy while handling goods and equipment.

The role is full-time, onsite, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, $19.57 per hour. Benefits include health/dental/vision coverage, retirement options, and apparel discounts; training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
• capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Basic math skills and ability to count, add and subtract.
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Must be flexible with start and departure time changing.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship product.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity KPIs.
• Prepare orders for shipment and pack goods.
• Report discrepancies or damaged items to supervisor.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and stock chaser.
• Support safe and clean distribution center operations.
• Train in Will Call and other customer service duties as required.
• Maintain organization of the distribution center.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
